GLOBAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST – RESIDENTIAL BU

Education – Master degree in Electronic, Electrical, Energy, Telecommunication or Biomedical engineering
Languages – Native/fluent Italian mandatory. Good English knowledge (B2 or superior).
Experience – Fresh graduate (no experience is required)

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Residential Global Product Management team, who will be the expert of the Solar inverter/ESS products. He/She will manage the existing product portfolio throughout its life cycle.

ACTIVITIES

  • Managing existing Residential solar inverters and battery related product life cycle:
  1. Collect customer needs (e.g new grid codes or requirements) and bring them into the organization
  2. Translate customer needs in technical specifications (user stories, use cases, proof of concepts)
  3. Benchmarking of competitors;
  • Technical documentation preparation (white papers, Application notes, datasheets)
  • Carry out deep dive trainings to FIMER pre-sales and partners;
  • Provide technical support to Key customers and FIMER Partners;
  • Support Marketing&Communication for tools creation (brochures, catalogues, Videos, Visual).
  • Participate in trade shows and seminars.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE

  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite: especially Excel and PPT

NICE TO HAVE

  • Base knowledge of Power Electronics/batteries and energy conversion
  • Base knowledge of Video editing

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE 

  • Good communication skills, attention to details and orientation towards customer satisfaction.
  • Inclination for interpersonal relationships, teamwork predisposition, willingness for sharing expertise.
  • Ability to work remotely via online calls and in different time zones. 
  • Willingness to learn new products and solutions.
  • Flexibility to work in non-standard working time, due to the time zones.

  • Highly motivated and self-driven, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
