JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
The Lead – Testing & Validation resource is responsible for leading our test engineers, testing solar inverters, testing setup build-up, planning, maintaining testing documents viz procedures, SOP, FAT & QAP testing.
ACTIVITIES
- Solar string & central inverter product skills
- Trouble shooting & RCA support for products as well bought out items
- Management production target achievement
- Testing shifts effective planning
- 100% of product testing to deliver the products without defects
- KPI of FPY and OTD measurements and action plan
- FAT customer inspection support, QAP testing comments / compliance to accomplish
- Special test case activity and new product certification test support
- Validation & documentation for new component in product
- Testing documentation follow-up & refine
- Zero incident record during process
- ISO Audit / document updates
- Knowledge of Electrical Safety
- Testing asset responsible / Record maintenances & preventive maintenances.
- Testing asset calibration co-ordination
- Testing requirement to be corroborate and supplier follow-up
- Test setup alteration / upgradation / projects support
- Vendor testing team outcome audit and support
- TPC employment, organization
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE
- Knowledge of Solar Inverter or Drives Testing.
- Knowledge on Grid Code understanding and Test cases formation
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE
- Multitasking capability and self-adjustment ability to after non-successful tests
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Highly motivated and self-driven, teamwork predisposition, both with R&D teams and with other company functions
