MARKETING SPECIALIST

SUMMARY

The role will be responsible to support the development and secure the execution of Global marketing strategies for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Inverters Line of Businesses.

The professional will join the Global Marketing Team and will report to the Global Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the definition and secure the execution of yearly Global marketing plans for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Inverters line of Businesses;
  • Secure the in-time and in-budget production of all communication materials and assets needed to promote FIMER’s products and related services/activities, in respect of their positioning and the Marketing plan and in order to achieve the best ROI;
  • Assist local markets in executing consistent marketing strategies in respect of global guidelines.
  • Support the execution of the events and Trade Shows (physical and virtual);
  • Contribute the content creation for Social Media and Digital channels;
  • Keep Corporate Website always updated with latest information;
  • Support the definition and execution of off/online ADV campaigns in order to increase brand awareness and leads generations
  • Support execution of Corporate activities;
  • Support the preparation of structured Communication brief to the creative agencies, ensuring communication objectives, time to market, and assigned budget
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives, plans and results
  • Support the Global Marketing Manager in reporting a structured check of activities results, periodically

MUST HAVE – REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position;
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan;
  • Good knowledge of Office tools.

NICE TO HAVE – ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Experience / knowledge in photovoltaic industry;

  • Degree in Economics / Marketing areas;
  • Excellent communication, organization and planning skills;
  • Strategic thinker and creative;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude;
  • Open attitude, supportive and a go-getter;
  • Fluent English language, both in written and spoken. Italian is required.
