JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
The required profile will be in charge of planning, coordinating and monitoring the various process phases functional to the delivery of the product in the time and manner agreed with the customer, ensuring the involvement of all stakeholders, the constant improvement of the process and the best expected result.
ACTIVITIES
- Direct interface with customers for all info related to the realization of the product.
- Collaborate with the MD to the realization of the various requests received from the customer.
- Collect information from all the stakeholders involved in order to efficiently map the process phases and direct the actions useful for its realization.
- Guarantee synergies between the authorities, Fimer functions and the customer.
- Plan and verify the timing for the realization of the milestones of the project involving the people concerned.
- Take care of any problems that arise in relation to customer requirements, procurement, production, design and service, analyzing the best solution and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
- Analyze risks and opportunities in a preliminary manner and in any case during the project, guaranteeing quality in the workflow and the best result in terms of margin.
- Introduce and use in the exercise of its function tools for control and monitoring of activities and data collection, sharing periodically and at different levels the criticalities emerged and the solutions made to the process.
- Report periodically to his/her supervisor the results of his/her work along with the status of achievement of objectives on time and as planned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education - Degree in Management Engineering or Electrical/Electronic field.
- Experience - minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles in EVI / renewables / industrial multinational and structured companies.
- Languages - Italian is mandatory. Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English language.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent use of computer applications/tools to support planning and process development.
- Attentive to details, combines technical knowledge with the ability to read the market trends.
- Ability to work to reach targets and under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated, willing to learn, self-driven, teamwork predisposition, both with R&D and Marketing teams and with other company functions.
