FIMER S.p.A. (hereinafter "FIMER" or the "Company"), provides information regarding the cookies used on the website (hereinafter the "Site"), also pursuant to General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR").

Purpose of data processing

The Company may automatically collect and process, while browsing the Site, some information through the installation of cookies in the client or in the User's device, with the aim of providing and integrating the services and features offered by the Site (e.g. management of interactions with the User, improvement of user experience, sending of commercial communications in line with Users' needs and expectations).

The Company may process the above information to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns or to keep track of User's visits to the Site. For that purpose, the Company may install in the Site Third Parties’ cookies.

This cookie is set by Google Analytics and is used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is created when the JavaScript library executes and there are no existing __utma cookies. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

The cookie is used to enable interoperability with urchin.js which is an older version of Google analytics and used in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine new sessions/visits.

Overall, functional cookies does not allow the direct identification of the website visitor. Any personal data collected is appropriately anonymized and aggregated for the definition of statistics aimed at optimizing the site performance and the User experience.

The installation of such cookies requires the prior acquisition of the free and explicit informed consent of the User, which the Site acquires through the banner that appears on the first visit of the same. 3. Advertising Cookies

These cookies permit the analysis of User's behavior for marketing purposes. These cookies are usually used to show the most relevant and interesting advertisements for the User. This category of cookies may also include cookies managed directly by Third Parties through which Third Parties can obtain information regarding the usage of websites.

4. Manage the Cookies used by the Site
