JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
The candidate will join the Legal & Compliance department of a multinational company.
The activities will focus mainly on compliance with some involvement in contractual matters. In carrying out his/her activities he/she will interact with employees, managers and external lawyers. He/She will report directly to the Head of Legal.
ACTIVITIES
• D.Lgs. 231/2001: support on controls, procedures, flows and related documentation.
• GDPR/Data Protection: privacy governance, vendor management (art. 28), disclosurers, RoPA/DPIA (support), request and flow management.
• AI Act: support for mapping use case, gap analysis, and policy/process implementation.
• Drafting/updating policies, procedures and documentation, with support for training/ awareness raising.
• Support in reviewing/negotiating national and international contracts (supplies, services, consulting, NDAs, etc.)
• Drafting of notes and opinions on legal/regulatory issues, including those with an impact on compliance.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Minimum C1 English
• 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or company with similar roles
