SERVICE TECHNICIAN - ITALY

Location: Terranuova Bracciolini (AR), Italy

Employment Contract Type: Full-Time
Education – High school diploma in electrical/electronic/computer technical field or equivalent
Languages - Fluent English knowledge (B2 or superior), Knowledge of German/French is appreciated

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
within the service team will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or problems related to all MA SOLAR products and services.
He/she will be the first internal point of contact for problem resolution, listening to customer needs, better understanding the problem and identifying the best solution to provide an accurate and efficient response.

ACTIVITIES
• Respond to customer calls to learn about and resolve their needs, complaints, or other product or service issues.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
• Provide active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and manage critical situations as needed.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Perform other back up activities in support of the Service team.

REQUIREMENTS
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of computers, particularly the Office package and CRM software (SAP and Salesforce)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly motivated and self-driven, teamwork predisposition
