Out-of-warranty failure practice: how long does it take to resolve?

It depends on the type of proposal accepted and can vary according to logistical needs. It is possible to consider in general: about 10 working days (against proof of payment sent through the CARE) for the replacement and about 15 working days (against proof of payment) for the Return and Repair. The lead times are subject to variations based on the couriers, the type of transport and customs (usually the transit times throughout EU are 7 standard working days).
