During Intersolar 2026, FIMER will take part in two dedicated signing and recognition ceremonies with strategic partners, reinforcing its role as a global technology provider supporting long-term collaboration across utility-scale and C&I renewable energy projects.
Framework Agreement signing with Esmann Group
On June 24th, at 13:00 hrs - FIMER Booth (Hall B4 – Booth 360), FIMER and Esmann Group will formally sign a 5-year Framework Agreement for the procurement and deployment of FIMER solutions across the developer’s project pipeline.
Esmann Group is a renewable energy project developer and advisory company active across multiple African markets, supporting the structuring and execution of utility-scale solar projects and long-term energy investments.
The agreement establishes a structured long-term collaboration focused on commercial alignment, project development support, and the deployment of solar energy solutions across selected markets, with a particular focus on Africa.
Under the framework, Esmann Group will integrate FIMER solutions within its applicable projects, while both companies will cooperate on the development and execution of renewable energy initiatives over the coming years.
“The agreement reflects a shared long-term commitment to accelerating renewable energy deployment, combining project development capabilities with advanced inverter technology. Through our collaboration with Esmann Group, we are combining local market expertise with proven solar technology to support the development of scalable, sustainable energy infrastructure. Together, we look forward to enabling clean energy growth and creating long-term value for communities and stakeholders across the region."” – said KN Sreevatsa, Group Co-CEO, FIMER
“This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver structured renewable energy projects across our pipeline, supported by reliable and innovative technology solutions.” – confirmed Mr Carsten Esmann, CTO at Esmann Group.
Mutual recognition with Gotion
Later the same day, at 14:00 HRS – Gotion Booth (Hall C1 – Booth 350), FIMER will take part in a second ceremony with Gotion, focused on the establishment of a bilateral “Approved Supplier” relationship.
Gotion is a global manufacturer of electric vehicle batteries and energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications, with strong international capabilities across design, production, and system integration.
The cooperation defines mutual recognition between the two companies: FIMER will act as an approved inverter supplier for Gotion in relevant utility-scale energy storage projects, while Gotion will be recognised as an approved battery supplier for FIMER-integrated solutions where storage components are required.
The exchange will be marked by a formal certificate handover, reflecting a non-exclusive global cooperation model between two complementary technology providers.
“This agreement enables stronger integration between inverter and storage technologies, supporting more efficient and scalable energy solutions worldwide.” – KN Sreevatsa , Group Co-CEO , FIMER
“The collaboration creates a framework for global project cooperation, leveraging complementary technologies across energy storage and power conversion.” – concludes Mr Gordon Gassmann, VP EMEA at Gotion.
Strategic positioning
Both initiatives reflect FIMER’s approach to building structured, long-term collaborations with leading international players across the renewable energy value chain. The agreements are designed to enable cross-referral opportunities, strengthen project execution capabilities, and support the deployment of integrated energy solutions in global markets, reinforcing scalable and non-exclusive cooperation models.
