Via webserver with installer credentials on TOOLS (wrench) -> FW update -> local -> select the files. First the .ben file and then the .TIB file. Make sure you have downloaded the files and unzipped them properly on your laptop or device in use to perform this operation. Consider having a good sunlight condition for all the time needed to run the update (+ or - 1 and 1/2 hours).
