Warranty failure practice: how long does it take to resolve?

If the intervention involves a machine replacement, FIMER considers 7 working days from the acceptance of the practice on the portal for the first contact to make an appointment to be agreed with the CARE technical contact and the Service Partner. If the intervention will be solved with repair on site, the Service Partner has 2 working days from the acceptance of the practice on the portal for the first contact to make an appointment to be agreed with the CARE technical contact and the authorized Service Partner. All interventions are carried out in compliance with FIMER directives regarding safety.
